Zeta Cyber Solutions (P) Ltd. offers the following support services to support ContracERP users:

  • Telephone support – Incoming Calls – via Toll-free number
  • Telephone Support – Outgoing Calls – from India through its International Call Centre
  • E-mail support – Dedicated Chat Support over MSN or Yahoo
  • Onsite support – Engineers will be deputed onsite on request
  • Remote Login Support – ZCS engineers can log into the customer’s database server over the Internet using highly secure connectivity using VNC, Pc-Anywhere, Telnet, etc. to fine-tune the application, install patches to accommodate software updates, maintain the database, etc.
  • Through the dedicated website – Application updates, news, tips, problem reporting, related downloads, etc.

All services are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
